Dr. Bryan Albert T. Lim, President of Clinica Prime Cebu, Incorporated, is a distinguished infectious disease specialist and public health advocate based in Cebu, Philippines. Dr. Lim played a pivotal role in shaping medical responses, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, where his insights helped guide regional healthcare strategies. In 2023, he was honored with the Distinguished Health Care Advocate Award by the Philippine College of Physicians for his outstanding contributions to community-focused healthcare.

Dr. Kenneth Y. Hartigan-Go, an Independent Director of Clinica Prime Cebu, Incorporated, the primary healthcare arm of the LH Paragon Group, is a renowned physician and health leader recognized for advancing health policy and public health education, while contributing to scientific knowledge through research and the academe as a former faculty of the UP College of Medicine and Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, and as a current Honorary Visiting Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore’s Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Hartigan-Go has been named Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
