Bernido “Bernie” H. Liu is the Group Chairman and President of the LH Paragon Group. Under his leadership of over 30 years of the Group’s fashion retail arm, GOLDEN ABC, Inc. (GABC), having served as CEO and now as incumbent Executive Chairman, GABC was steered to national and international recognition for excellence in brand and retail management. Mr. Liu has also served as President & Chairman of the Philippine Retailers Association, and is currently an Independent Director at PLDT, the largest telecommunications company in the Philippines, and of Mga Likha Ni Inay, a subsidiary of the Ramon Magsaysay Awardee for Public Service, CARD MRI, a non-profit organization.
Recognized for his entrepreneurial and philanthropic contributions, he has received prestigious honors including recognition from the Agora Awards for his Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship, the JCI Philippines as a Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Awardee for Entrepreneurship, the Outstanding Filipino Retailers Awards as Global Retailer of the Year, and the ASEAN Business Awards for Priority Integration Sector Excellence Award for Retail. He also received the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice Papal Medal in 2022 for his service to the Catholic Church.

Alice T. Liu is the President and CEO of Golden ABC, Incorporated (GABC), following a strategic two-year leadership transition that began with her appointment as President and COO in March 2023. Her leadership has focused on modernizing the company’s operations, enhancing e-commerce, embedding sustainability, and advancing talent development. Under Ms. Liu’s leadership, GABC is expected to fortify its position as a global retail powerhouse, balancing its heritage of trusted brands like Penshoppe, OXGN, Memo, ForMe, Regatta, and Bocu with forward-looking innovation.
Currently, Ms. Liu serves as the President of the Philippine Retailers Association, Board of Trustees Member and Director for Marketing and Promotions of the Philippine Franchise Association, and a member of the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board of the National Retail Federation.

Edmun H. Liu is the Group CFO of LH Paragon Group. Mr. Liu also sits as a Board Director for the different business units under the LH Paragon Group of Companies, the President of LH Foundation, Inc., the Group’s philanthropic arm, and a Board Director representing the Group’s investment in Toyota Cebu, Inc., the largest Toyota dealership in Visayas and Mindanao. Matching his business leadership is his steadfast devotion, earning him the Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice Papal Award in 2022.

Charlie H. Liu is a member of the Board Directors of the LH Paragon Group and is the President and CEO of Matimco, Inc., the Group’s wood distribution arm. Under his leadership, Matimco has continuously evolved to broaden its scope of wood products, providing high-quality goods to the public. Mr. Liu serves as a Board Trustee of the Philippine Wood Producers Association, Inc., a Board Director of Chong Hua Health Services Inc., and is a Board Trustee for Associacion Benevola de Cebu and Alpha Course Philippines, Foundation, Inc.

Bryan T. Liu is the Vice President for Strategy and Operations and a member of the Board of Directors of Golden ABC, Incorporated (GABC) since 2023. As a member of the third-generation family behind LHPI, Bryan’s leadership is focused on bridging legacy and innovation, with his leadership catalyzing the group’s transformation, strategic growth, and sustainability efforts since joining GABC over a decade ago. He likewise plays an active role in the broader LHPI business portfolio.
Currently, his responsibilities cover the integrated sales and marketing ecosystem and full retail value chain—making him a central figure in GABC’s evolution. His leadership reflects a modern take on legacy: pushing forward with a bold vision, while remaining rooted in GABC’s founding principles.

Brandon T. Liu currently serves as the Vice President for Penshoppe and a member of the Board of Directors of Golden ABC, Incorporated (GABC), following his election during the 2025 Annual Stockholder's Meeting of the LH Paragon Group. He represents the next generation of leadership within the family behind GOLDEN ABC, contributing to its long-term vision of “building brands for the world.” He is also involved in aligning business functions and decision-making across departments, contributing to efforts that future-proof the company.
With over a decade of experience across finance, brand management, and product development, Brandon's unique expertise continues to steer the evolution of Penshoppe—GABC’s flagship brand—in both local and international markets.

Fernan Victor P. Lukban is an Independent Board Director of the LH Paragon Group. He spent much of his early professional years in the academe, and is now a leading consultant in Family Business, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Governance. Over the recent years, he has put special focus on developing Base of the Pyramid Initiatives (BOPI) in various provinces in the Philippines to aid in poverty alleviation. His current Board directorships and adviserships include the fields of Fintech, Real Estate and Development, Agri-Business, Bioethanol and Energy, Food and Beverage, Retailing, among others.

Atty. Cirilo “Vic” P. Noel, a highly respected lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, is an independent Board Director of the LH Paragon Group. He served as the Chairman of SGV & Co. for seven (7) years, and currently chairs Security Bank, serves as Lead Independent Director of Globe Telecom, Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., and San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc., and holds several Board roles in major Philippine corporations. A multi-awarded leader in law, accountancy, and governance, he was named Outstanding Professional of the Year in the field of Accountancy in 2019.

Joseph C. Phi is appointed an Independent Board Director of Golden ABC, Incorporated, the fashion retail arm of the LH Paragon Group. He is the Group CEO of Li & Fung, a leader in creating digitally enabled and globally connected supply chain solutions for brands and retailers worldwide. With a career spanning several decades in global trade and supply chain, Joseph held leadership roles including director of the GS1 Management Board, Chairman of GS1 Hong Kong, director of Macy’s China, and Advisory Member of the HK Trade Development Council’s Logistics Services Committee. He currently serves as a Board Adviser to SM Investments Corporation and as an Adjunct Professor at HKUST’s School of Business and Management, where he shares insights on transformation and leadership.

Carolina Martinez-Caro is an Independent Director of the LH Paragon, Inc. . A powerhouse in the financial industry, Ms. Martinez-Caro, as its CEO, greatly contributed to the growth and development of Julius Baer Group in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, placing it as one of the first Wealth Management Banks in the Iberian Market. She also holds positions in several organizations across the globe and brings her 30-year experience to Family Offices and advises on topics of transfer to the next generation or the development of Philanthropy.

Karl Kendrick T. Chua is an Independent Director of the LH Paragon Inc. He is currently the Managing Director for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in Ayala Corporation. Mr. Chua has extensive experience in the areas of economic and fiscal policy, statistical development, national identification, and labor and social protection policy, among others. Prior to becoming the former Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), he was a senior economist for the Philippines for 12 years with the World Bank, and in 2018, he was awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines (TOYM) for economic development.
