Leaders from across the LH Paragon Group’s business units gathered on July 22, 2026, at the Oakridge Executive Club in Mandaue City, Cebu, for an executive fellowship and learning session led by Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bernie H. Liu.

Anchored on the theme “The Relevance of Mission and Purpose in Times of Uncertainty,” the learning session was facilitated by Prof. Carlos Rey, Director of the Chair of Management by Missions and Corporate Governance at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC Barcelona) and Founder of the DPMC Foundation. He shared insights on “Management by Missions,” a leadership framework that integrates organizational purpose into strategy, governance, and day-to-day management.

The initiative marks the first in a series of executive education programs under the LH Paragon Group’s strategic partnership with the University of Asia and the Pacific Foundation, Inc. (UA&PFI), reinforcing the Group’s long-term commitment to leadership development across its diverse portfolio. Guided by its values, the LH Paragon Group continues to invest in developing leaders who champion entrepreneurship, foster progress, and lead with purposeful stewardship—creating lasting value for the organization, its stakeholders, and the communities it serves for generations to come.
